Proposals can be submitted until March 2nd at the Undersecretariat of Procurement and Asset Management, located in the Civic Center. The opening of bids is scheduled for March 3rd at 12:00 PM at the Government Administrative Center in the capital city.
The process is framed within Law 14,427, passed by the Legislature following fines issued last year during extraordinary sessions. The law regulates the operation of online gaming and establishes the criteria for granting licenses, in addition to approving the terms and conditions.
Among its central objectives are combating illegal gambling, strengthening state control, and generating tax revenue. It also includes promoting responsible gambling, preventing gambling addiction, and implementing regulations related to combating money laundering and the financing of crime.
