Fast Track to Support Meridianbet's Global Expansion
Meridianbet, the international sports betting and gaming operator and subsidiary of Golden Matrix Group (NASDAQ: GMGI), has selected Fast Track as its customer engagement platform, with the rollout set to follow across its operations in Europe, Africa and South America.
Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Malta, Meridianbet operates an omni-channel business spanning retail, desktop online and mobile channels. The company is licensed and active in 18 jurisdictions across Europe, Africa and South America. The agreement marks the next step in Meridianbet's player engagement strategy as it continues to expand its multi-market footprint and enhance the experience delivered across its brands.
Built for Complex Regulated Markets
"We needed a platform built for the realities of our business – multiple jurisdictions, multiple channels, and the regulatory frameworks that come with each market. Fast Track understands that operating environment in a way very few others do, and the platform gives us the foundation to operate consistently across all of it. We are excited about what this partnership will let us build for our players," comments Boris Čorni, Director of Tech at Meridianbet.
AI-Powered Customer Engagement
Fast Track will provide Meridianbet's team with a single real-time customer model across its brands, alongside Fast Track AI – the platform's natural-language and agentic workflow capabilities that enable operators to interact with the system conversationally and delegate end-to-end CRM tasks to AI agents.
A Partnership Designed for Scale
"Running an operation across 18 regulated jurisdictions is genuinely hard, and Meridianbet has built that at a scale very few in our industry can match. That is exactly the kind of environment Fast Track was built for, and we are looking forward to the work ahead together," says Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of Fast Track.
