“Historically, Peru has been a pioneer in the regulation of the industry, being one of the first countries in Latin America to regulate the land-based sector, which allowed the development of a solid ecosystem of gaming halls distributed throughout the territory. As for the present, the 2025 regulation of iGaming in the country opened up new opportunities, as the Peruvian market is now fully regulated, generating a safe and transparent environment for both online gaming, sports betting and land-based gaming.”
