Evoplay expands its business model
Evoplay, the award-winning game development studio, has expanded its business model into a unified production ecosystem to enhance content delivery, bringing together multiple creative teams under Evoplay’s proven tech and performance expertise, designed to scale content delivery and accelerate growth.
The ecosystem model reflects the next stage of Evoplay's development, where the company's established strengths in technology, distribution and market intelligence form a shared foundation that multiple creative teams can build on simultaneously.
The introduction of Evoplay Studios
At the centre of this transformation is the introduction of Evoplay Studios, a new framework for multiple teams to develop and deliver content with creative autonomy while drawing on the same technology stack, data infrastructure, and go-to-market expertise. This layered approach allows Evoplay to scale output without diluting quality, and to pursue new creative directions in parallel.
Initial titles developed within the Evoplay Studios, including Mystic Alaska and Gems of Ra: 3 Pots, are already live, with a strong pipeline of releases in development across multiple content verticals.
The new structure enables Evoplay to increase production capacity and accelerate localisation efforts, while maintaining the consistency and quality that the company is known for.
Statements by Evoplay CEO
Ivan Kravchuk, CEO at Evoplay, said: “Evolving into a production ecosystem marks a pivotal step in Evoplay’s growth strategy. By structuring the business around a unified yet flexible framework, we are able to scale our content output while continuing to deliver the quality and innovation that define our portfolio.
“By housing multiple teams together within a unified structure, we can move faster, cover more ground, and serve operators with a broader, more diverse portfolio. This approach gives us the flexibility to explore new creative directions while operating on a strong, shared foundation that ensures consistency, efficiency, and long-term scalability.”
